Session Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before requesting a digital consultation or service. These policies are designed to create clear expectations and protect both the Client and the Provider.
Business Overview
The Lotus Oracle LLC is an independent digital media and consulting business providing personalized digital consultation services and structured content-based deliverables.
Services are delivered by Jamilah Monique McCray, a Communications and Public Relations graduate student, author, and independent digital content creator specializing in narrative analysis, thematic exploration, and structured written or recorded responses.
All services are conducted and delivered digitally.
Service Model
The Lotus Oracle provides prepaid digital consultation services.
Clients submit a topic or question, complete payment, and receive a structured written or recorded response based on narrative analysis and organized thematic discussion.
All services:
- Are paid in advance
- Have a defined deliverable
- Are completed digitally
- Are fulfilled within a stated timeframe
No services are performed without confirmed payment and required information.
Required Steps
To proceed, the Client must:
1. Review these Terms in full
2. Submit payment
3. Provide required consultation details
A consultation will not begin until all steps are completed.
Payment Terms
All services are custom digital consultations.
Payment is required before work begins. Once payment is received, preparation and content creation start immediately.
Due to the customized nature of the service, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once work has begun.
Delivery and Fulfillment
All services are fulfilled digitally through:
- Written reports (email)
- Recorded video or audio
Delivery is typically completed within 24–72 hours, depending on volume.
A service is considered fulfilled once digital access or delivery has been sent to the Client.
Electronic records, including timestamps and transmission logs, serve as proof of fulfillment.
Nature of Services
Services are structured digital consultations based on narrative analysis, thematic exploration, and content-based discussion.
The services provided are comparable to general consulting, coaching-style discussions, or content-based analysis and are not classified as metaphysical, psychic, or fortune-telling services.
Services are:
- Non-predictive
- Not based on psychic practices or supernatural claims
- Informational, educational, and reflective only
No guarantees, outcomes, or specific results are promised.
No Regulated Advice
The Lotus Oracle does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Medical advice
- Financial advice
- Psychological counseling
Clients are responsible for seeking licensed professionals when needed.
Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing, the Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks after:
- Work has begun
- Or delivery has been completed
In the event of a dispute, the Provider may submit:
- Proof of service
- Communication records
- Delivery confirmation
- These Terms
The Client may be responsible for associated costs.
Client Responsibility
The Client acknowledges:
- Services are subjective and based on general analysis and discussion
- Use of information is at their own discretion
- The Provider is not responsible for decisions or outcomes
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Intellectual Property
All content remains the property of The Lotus Oracle LLC.
Clients receive a personal-use license only.
Content may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
Acceptable Use
The Provider may refuse or discontinue service for:
- Abusive behavior
- Fraudulent activity
- Inappropriate requests
Technology Disclaimer
The Provider is not responsible for third-party platform issues (email, hosting, etc.).
Reasonable efforts will be made to re-deliver content if needed.
Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida. No class actions permitted.
Final Agreement
By submitting payment, the Client confirms:
- They have read and agreed to these Terms
- They are purchasing a custom digital consultation service
- Payment constitutes a binding agreement
